RCC Child Learning Center is a new child learning center owned by Rev. Robert W. Douglas and Dr. Karen T. Douglas. Rev. Douglas served as Interim Director of a historic San Antonio child development center during the late 1970s and later became Executive Director of Bethel Neighborhood Council, which operated Bethel Child Care Center for several years beginning in 2000. He also founded Youth Development of America, a 501(c)(3) organization focused on addressing critical issues surrounding youth development.
Dr. Karen T. Douglas is a tenured Professor of Psychology at San Antonio College, where she has taught for more than 30 years. We bring all of this knowledge, experience and education to the administration and operation of RCC.
