RCC is a new center organized and owned by Rev. Robert W. Douglas. Robert W. Douglas has had years of experience in the industry as the Interim Director of the historic Miller Child Development Center during the 70s and Executive Director of Bethel Neighborhood Council governed Bethel Day Care Center. As pastor of Revelation Christian Church and other churches, pastor Douglas has always maintained a focus on youth development. He founded Youth Development of America, a 501c3 organization, to focus on the critical issuance for youth development.
